Mattress Care
Look after the mattress that looks after you.

We highly encourage you to read through the various points below that ensure you mattress stays in tip-top shape to support your nights' sleep.
And if we haven't emphasised enough - please use a water proof mattress protector
DO'S
1 / Turn or Rotate
Do turn and/or rotate your mattress frequently (see below for directions on how to turn and/or flip your mattress)
2 / Use a waterproof mattress protector
Your mattress warranty may be void if you do not use a mattress protector
3 / Spot clean immediately
Use some cold water and mild soap to clean a stain or a spill on the mattress immediately to avoid long-lasting damage and staining. Do not let the water soak in to the mattress and saturate the fabric.
Turning your Mattress
To avoid damage to the mattress or the risk of personal injury, do not attempt to rotate the mattress by yourself. To help equalise the body impressions, please rotate your mattress as part of continual maintenance of your mattress.

Single-Sided Mattresses:
These mattresses are designed to be used on one-side only, so you do not need to flip the mattress.

Rotate the mattress every two weeks for the first four months, then every three months thereafter
Double-Sided Mattresses:
Flip and rotate your mattress every two weeks for the first four months, then once every three months thereafter.

Ensure that you alternate rotations to vary the head and foot positions each time you rotate your mattress
